We have just received a really nice message from John & Anna Palmer who donated a 3 seat Monmouth bench in Welsh Oak to the Wellington Parish Shop and Post office.
"Hi Nathan,
Just to say thank you for the bench which you delivered to Wellington Village Stores last week. We wanted to say thank you to the village as we have been living here for 50 happy years. As our new store has finally opened we thought this would be a good way. We are thrilled with it and it seems to be the main talking point whenever we meet other villagers. The Parish Council will be permanently sitting it in the next few weeks.
